ServiceNow [NYSE: NOW] provides service management software as a service. It is most recognized as a leading IT services management (ITSM) solution for tracking and managing the workflow associated with IT incidents and “trouble tickets.” It also specializes in IT operations management (ITOM) and IT business management (ITBM). While ServiceNow is starting to extend its solution capabilities to include AIOPs, it’s relevance today is more as a key player in the IT operations ecosystem. AIOps vendors frequently integrate with ServiceNow to manage and track remediation of incidents detected and analyzed by AIOps tools.
